The 11th edition of Nepal’s most awaited trade event, the GAI Food & Beverage & Hospitality Expo, is scheduled to take place from September 12 to 15, 2025, at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu. Organized by the House of Rajkarnicar, the event continues to serve as Nepal’s premier platform for businesses and professionals in the thriving food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
GAI returns once again as the Title Sponsor, reinforcing its commitment to promoting and growing Nepal’s food and hospitality industries. This year’s event will also feature several platinum and diamond sponsors, further boosting the scale, visibility, and impact of the expo.

The 10th edition, held in 2024, attracted over 36,000 industry stakeholders and consumers, hosted 200+ exhibitors, and featured seven interactive live events and countless tasting counters. It successfully bridged connections between local producers, service providers, international brands, and end consumers.
Building on this momentum, the 11th edition aims to spotlight innovation and advancement across Nepal’s food economy. From high-end hotel and restaurant offerings to the rapidly expanding street food, cloud kitchen, and packaging sectors, the expo will capture the full spectrum of the industry’s growth.
Among the confirmed exhibitors are Passion Tissue Paper, Mainali Industries Pvt. Ltd., and Nepal Machinery & Equipment Traders (NMEI)—showcasing everything from modern kitchen technology to eco-friendly packaging and hospitality essentials. The event promises dynamic engagement with key buyers, decision-makers, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and entrepreneurs.
The expo will also feature live demonstrations, product launches, expert panels, and partner showcases, making it an unmissable opportunity for business-to-business (B2B) networking and public interaction. With over 40,000 visitors expected, the event serves as a powerful live marketing platform to generate leads, build partnerships, and introduce new products directly to the market.
As Nepal’s only focused food, beverage, and hospitality trade exhibition, the GAI Expo 2025 continues to elevate the industry and position Nepal as a rising culinary and tourism destination in the South Asian region.
