Born on January 17, 1999, Chef Bijit’s journey reflects determination, passion, and an unwavering commitment to mastering the culinary arts.

Growing up in Nepal, Chef Bijit’s fascination with food and hospitality began early. Inspired by the joy food brings to people, he pursued formal education in hotel management, completing his +2 at Times International College and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management in Kathmandu. During his studies, he undertook multiple internships at esteemed hotels in Nepal, including Hotel Manaslu, Hotel Sangri-La, and Intercontinental Hotel & Resort Fujairah, gaining valuable hands-on experience in diverse kitchen environments.

Chef Bijit’s international culinary journey began in the Middle East, where he worked at Holiday Inn Bur Dubai before joining the prestigious Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. With over five years of experience, he has developed expertise across all-day dining, fine dining, and room service outlets. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and food safety standards, and leadership skills, Chef Bijit excels at menu execution, kitchen management, and team mentorship.
