11th GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality Expo 2026 Returns to Kathmandu

GAI Presents 11th Foo & Beverage and Hospitality Expo 2026

6th Baishakh: The 11th GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality Expo 2026 is set to take place from April 23 to 25 at Bhrikutimandap, bringing together Nepal’s food, beverage, and hospitality industry stakeholders under one roof in what is regarded as the country’s leading B2B trade exhibition for the sector. Organized by House of Rajkarnikar, the expo aims to connect producers, distributors, retailers, chefs, hoteliers, and service providers, creating a platform for business exchange, collaboration, and industry growth.

The event returns after a gap year, as the 2025 edition was cancelled due to political disturbances, while the last successful edition in 2024 recorded participation from over 300 exhibitors and attracted more than 30,000 visitors. This year, the organizers are positioning the expo with the slogan “Double the Reach – Same Investment,” emphasizing increased value and visibility for participating brands through expanded digital promotion, media coverage, and targeted buyer-seller engagement. The three-day event will feature a wide range of stalls showcasing food products, beverages, kitchen equipment, hotel supplies, interior design, décor, packaging solutions, and the latest hospitality technologies, reflecting the evolving trends and demands of the industry.

In addition to the exhibition, several live competitions and interactive sessions including Master Chef Challenge, Best Barista Championship, Best Bartender Contest, and Master Baker Challenge are expected to draw participation from professionals across the sector, further enhancing engagement and knowledge sharing.

The expo is primarily focused on B2B interactions, enabling direct connections between manufacturers and distributors, facilitating product launches, and providing opportunities for partnerships and market expansion. Organizers have also extended promotional efforts beyond Nepal to neighboring Indian markets such as Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, aiming to attract a broader regional audience and strengthen cross-border business opportunities.

With its return, the 11th edition of the expo is expected to play a significant role in driving Nepal’s hospitality industry forward by introducing new technologies, trends, and business prospects while reinforcing its position as a key platform for industry networking and growth.
