Modern Gastronomy & Sous-vide Specialist Chef Arjun is a pioneer in modern culinary science, specializing in Sous-vide technology and precision cooking. A leading member of the US Nepal Gastronomy Chef’s Association, he bridges the gap between international innovation and Himalayan heritage. By combining scientific precision with creative artistry, Chef Arjun is dedicated to elevating the technical standards of Nepali chefs and introducing advanced molecular techniques to the region’s professional kitchens.
Chef Irvin Van Oordt
F&B Strategist, Innovator & Executive Chef (USA), a seasoned U.S.-based culinary innovator with over 20 years of experience, Chef Irvin specializes in a "Global Contemporary" style that integrates advanced technology into professional kitchens. An expert in flavor chemistry and kitchen efficiency, he masters the use of tools like liquid nitrogen and texturizing agents to redefine the dining experience. For this masterclass, he brings high-level Western culinary insights, focusing on modern menu engineering and cutting-edge presentation.
